I am a registered physiotherapist with a doctorate of physical therapy. I have over fourteen years of experience in the field and a growing interest in workplace health and safety.
Over the years, I have noticed an increasing correlation between muscular pain and stressful lifestyles. It is no secret that unhappy or stressful working environments affect employee productivity.
I believe that by educating and empowering the workforce about enhancing their overall health and well-being we can reduce sick days, enhance quality of life, improve the working environment and positively impact productivity and business goals.

Work-life occupies a large portion of our lives and can account for high levels of stress. I have seen first hand the effects that work-related stress can cause and am very aware of the negative ripple effect it can have on work productivity, as well as personal life.
Achieving work-life balance is a common goal of many, however, I believe simply focusing on practising good health and wellness routines can positively influence individuals’ overall life and work leading to personal happiness!
